Frame Production
Cutting, welding, grinding, and powder coating. Initial batch inspections include dimensional checks and load testing.
A frame inspection report is issued prior to initiating PE Rattan weaving.5
Application of PE Rattan Weaving
PE Rattan weaving includes pattern tension calibration, edge finishing QC, and batch color matching. Consistency checks are performed at 10%, 50%, and 100% production stages.
Supervisor approval of rattan material and weave is mandatory prior to proceeding to the next stage.6
Final Assembly & QC
Cushion fitting, hardware installation, and final cleaning are performed. A full pre-packing inspection with photographic documentation follows.
Clients may conduct a video inspection prior to packaging.7
Packing & Container Loading
Export-grade packaging ensures product protection. Loading is supervised, with container photos and full documentation provided.
