When samples are recommended
Samples are recommended for new collections, custom dimensions, private label projects, new materials or first-time cooperation.
What a sample should confirm
Frame structure, weaving quality, cushion comfort, fabric color, finish direction, hardware and packaging assumptions.
Sample timeline
Sample lead time depends on product complexity, material availability and customization level. Confirm drawings/specs before sampling.
Bulk order connection
Approved samples become the production reference for bulk order inspection and packaging planning.
Confirmed sample policy
Samples are normally charged based on item type, customization and shipping route. Where applicable, the approved sample charge can be credited toward the confirmed bulk order payment. Sample freight is normally paid by the customer.
Typical sample lead time is 7–15 days after specifications, materials and finish direction are confirmed.
Frequently asked questions
Do samples always match bulk production?
Approved sample details should be documented before bulk production. Natural materials and handmade weaving may have minor tolerance.
Can buyers request material swatches first?
